Refund policy

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Nurse Life Australia. As per Australian legislation, we offer a 30-day return policy for faulty items only. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we do offer store credit for such returns, minus any shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at info@nurselife.com.au, and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items that are sent back to us without prior authorization.

If you receive a faulty item or if the item is defective or damaged, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that there are certain items that cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products and personal care goods. If you have any concerns regarding your specific item, please get in touch with us.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
